An order is treated as confirmed only after Boutique By Atique confirms product availability, size, price and any applicable delivery details with the customer. Sending an enquiry through WhatsApp does not by itself guarantee stock or reservation.

Customers are responsible for checking their selected size, colour and order details before confirmation. Boutique By Atique may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Privacy Policy

When you contact us through the website form, the information you provide — such as your name, phone number and message — is used to respond to your enquiry and assist with your order. The form opens WhatsApp to send the information to the business number 0300 4003800.

We do not ask customers to submit passwords, card PINs, OTPs or other unnecessary sensitive information through this website. Customers should avoid sharing such information in WhatsApp messages.

Third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Fonts and image hosting may have their own privacy policies and terms. Please review those policies when using those services.

Returns & Exchange

Return or exchange eligibility depends on the product and its condition. Before dispatch or collection, customers should confirm size, colour and product details with the boutique.

Items requested for exchange should be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags/packaging where applicable. Sale, customised or specially altered items may be non-returnable unless the boutique confirms otherwise.

If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing or packing issue, contact Boutique By Atique as soon as possible through WhatsApp with your order details and clear photos so the matter can be reviewed.

Delivery & Payment

Delivery charges, delivery timelines and payment method are confirmed with the customer before an order is finalized. Delivery times can vary by location, courier conditions and order type.

Do not send payment to an individual or account unless the boutique has confirmed the payment details through its official contact channel.
